April is Mount month!

This April at Graves BJJ we'll be examining the "mount" position!  Escapes, Subs, Sweeps, the works!  Come check us out here in Lebanon, Tennessee of Wilson County at Graves Fitness Center!  Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is our martial art of choice!
